TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. You, the applicant, understand and accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to pay for these services according to the rates and billing policies currently in effect.
  2. If we, RTC Communications , do not receive your payment when due, your account may be terminated. Termination of your account does not remove your responsibility under this agreement to pay all fees incurred up to the date the account was canceled, including any reasonable attorney and/or collection fees incurred by RTC Communications.
  3. RTC Communications MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS OF THIS SERVICE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RTC Communications TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA FROM INTERRUPTIONS CAUSED BY RTC Communications'S OWN NEGLIGENCE OR YOUR ERRORS AND/OR OMMISSIONS.
  4. RTC Communications services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any materials in violation of any United States or state laws or regulations is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RTC Communications from any claims resulting from your use of this service which damages you or another party. At our discretion, we may revoke your access for inappropriate usage.
  5. Use of any information obtained via this service is at your own risk. RTC Communications specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through our service.
  6. We may list your contact information in relevant directories.
  7. If you use another organization's networks or computing resources, you are subject to their usage policies.
  8. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. A currrent copy will always be available on-line through our help facility. Continued usage of your account after a new policy has gone into effect constitutes acceptance of that policy. We encourage you to regularly check the policy statement for any changes. (The effective date at the top will be updated to indicate a new revision.)
  9. You will notify RTC Communications of any changes in account contact information, such as your address or telephone number.
  10. You are responsible for how your account is used. You may allow others to use it, bearing in mind that you are fully responsible for what they may do.
  11. RTC Communications reserves the right to cancel this service and reimburse to you any unused fees where appropriate on a pro-rated basis.
  12. Prices or charges for the various packages and services provided are subject to change upon 30 days notice. Continued use of the services provided hereunder shall consititute acceptance of the price or charge changes and agreement to pay said prices and charges.
  13. You may cancel your account at any time upon written notice to us. You will still be responsible for any fees incurred up to the date of termination of this service. We will reimburse you for any unused fees where appropriate on a pro-rated basis.
  14. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted.
  15. Some of the information available on our systems is covered by copyright. Unless you have permission from the copyright holder, you are not allowed to redistribute this information to others, including use of this information on radio, television, or printed media, such as newspapers, magazines, or newsletters.
